Wednesday 9/11

Russ from Progenex will be here sampling all of Progenex recovery and protein drinks. He will have his table set up from 4:30pm till 7:30pm. Please stop in and pay him a visit.

Strength:
A. Hang squat clean 4 sets of building to a tough triple weight 

B. 50 t2b (must be done in sets of 5 UB) 
Level 1: 50 abmat sit ups 
Level 2: K2E in sets of 5 or t2b in set of 3 UB
Level 3: rx 

Wod:
5 rounds for time 
20 wall balls 
10 CTB pull ups 

Level 1: 4 rounds, 14/10, ring rows 
Level 2: 5 rounds, 20/14, pull ups 
Level 3: AS RX and wall balls must be UB
