A1. Pause Front Squat (3 Sec Pause) into Push Jerk - 4 Sets of 3 Reps @ aprox. 70% max of Clean & Jerk
A2. Bent over Rows - 4 Sets of 8 Reps

WOD - 
12 min AMRAP-
150 Wall Balls
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle ups

L1 - 
100 Wall Balls
200 Single Unders
30 Ring Rows

L2 - 270 Single unders if not Doubles, Sub Pull ups for Muscle Ups

L3 - As Rx'd
