Strength:
A. Clean + Front Squat + Split Jerk
5 sets of: 
2+2+1 

Level 1: form work 
Level 2: build up to challenging but not max weight
Level 3:  find max weight for complex 

Wod:
Level 1: 5 minute AMRAP Burpees (no plate)
Level 2: 6 minute AMRAP Burpees onto plate
Level 3: 7 minute AMRAP Burpees onto plate
