B. level 1: 5 minute AMRAP push ups 
Level 2: 5 minute AMRAP push ups (sets of 3)
Level 3: 5 minute AMRAP push ups (sets of 5) 

Wod:  
10 minute AMRAP 
15 pull ups 
30 box jumps 
60 sit ups 

Level 1: Ring Rows, 20/16", 3 rounds of 10-20-30
Level 2: pull ups, 24/20"
Level 3: CTB Pull ups, 24/20
