B1. Ring Rows @ 3302 tempo x 8 x 3 sets

Performance-
A. TnG Push Perk x 3 @ 80% max Jerk x 3 x 5 sets every 45 sec.
B1. Legless Rope Climb x 2 x 3 sets
rest 30 sec.
B2. Max L-Sit Hold; once u drop rest 5 sec then hold for another 7 sec. x 3 sets
rest 30 sec.
