The bus to Boston on Sunday leaves at 9am. Please get to RedZone early so we can leave on time. If you haven't already, please pay your $30 this week.

A. E2MOTM - 1-2 Back Squats @ 90% + 2-3 MU's (or MU Skill Work) x 10 sets

15 Burpees over bar
15 Front Squats (95/65#)
