A. Snatch grip deadlift + hang snatch pull + hang power snatch (2+2+1) x 4 sets 
B1. Tgu - 3 reps each arm x 3 sets 
B2. Arch rocks 20 reps x 3 sets 

Wod: 
4 rounds for time
15 wall ball sit ups 
15 wall balls 
200 meter run 

Performance 
Strength: 
A. Snatch deadlift + 3 position snatch pull (above knee +below knee + floor) + power snatch x 4 sets -weight is off feel, focus on good form
B1. Tgu - 3 reps each arm x 3 sets 
B2. Arch rocks 20 reps x 3 sets 

Wod: 
3 rounds for time 
30 wall ball sit ups 
30 wall balls 
400 meter run
